Design and development of technical resource platform for Carnegie Mellon School of Architecture to address its systemic issues in the transparency, accessibility, and efficiencies in the distribution of mission-critical resources for teaching and learning. Project included operational audits of the school by conducting user surveys and key stakeholder assessments, and in turn provided recommendations and the various communication platforms to promote a more transparent and equitable distribution of technical resources to the school community.
